Project Overview
The EduHope Project is a four-month educational initiative designed to provide critical educational support to Tawjihi (high school diploma) students and the broader community of university students and graduates in an area facing infrastructure challenges.
The project established and operated three fully equipped classrooms and two solar-powered tents, creating resilient learning environments with reliable electricity and internet. At its core was a comprehensive intensive Tawjihi program covering nine subjects, which successfully prepared 277 students for their national examinations.
Simultaneously, the learning hubs served as a vital resource for an average of 60-75 university students and graduates daily, enabling them to pursue their academic and research activities without interruption.

Key Achievements
1
Rapid and Effective Infrastructure Deployment
The project successfully completed the setup of all three classrooms and two solar-powered tents on schedule in April, including full installation of solar panels, batteries, WiFi, furniture, and essential AV equipment.
2
High and Sustained Student Engagement
The intensive Tawjihi program maintained an attendance rate exceeding 90% throughout the three-month period (April-June), with rates of 88% in April, 92% in May, and 90% in June.
3
Significant Gains in Student Confidence and Performance
The project had a measurable impact on students’ academic confidence, which rose steadily throughout the program. By the end of the intensive program, 78% of students achieved at least a one-letter-grade improvement in their mock examinations.
4
Successful Enrollment Expansion and Scalability
In response to high demand, the project successfully expanded its capacity in July by enrolling over 60 additional students, bringing the total to 280. The launch of an evening “extra” session demonstrated the project’s ability to adapt and scale its services.
5
Exceptional Graduation and Completion Rate
The project concluded with a formal graduation ceremony in August, celebrating the success of 277 students who completed the program. This represents a 99% completion rate, a testament to the program’s effectiveness and the supportive environment it fostered.
